Girls’ Science Day

For middle school girls who want to have fun with science!

Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Place: Columbia University

Girls’ Science Day is a daylong program of hands-on activities for middle school girls, led by science graduate students and postdoctoral researchers at Columbia University.

Groups of 10-12 middle school-aged girls will rotate through experiment stations, each designed by a team of graduate students and post-doctoral researchers from different science departments at Columbia.

Girls’ Science Day is FREE and includes lunch and a t-shirt!

To participate in Girls’ Science Day, each student must bring a signed GSD Permission Slip and make sure to bring it with you on November 12th. Also feel free to download our GSD 2016 Flyer to post around your school!
