Navigating Academia: Pathway to Professorship

Women in Science at Columbia (WISC), GSAS Students of Color Alliance (SoCA), and the New York Academy of the Sciences Minority Graduate Student Network (NYAS MGSN) present Navigating Academia: Pathway to Professorship.

Hear young professors in STEM fields share their experiences on the path to professorship and the challenges they have encountered and overcome (ie. diversity, work-life balance, networking, negotiating, and more).
